CX and AI consulting

Fix the customer experience first. Then automate what deserves it.

We help SaaS support teams and growing businesses respond faster, handle fewer repeat contacts, and put AI on the problems it actually suits.

Support Workflow Audit from £249, fixed price. Remote consulting from London.

How we work

Fix the experience first. Automate second.

Every kind of customer contact gets sorted into three groups before anything is built: automate it, assist a person, or keep it human.

See where AI fits

AI is a tool. A better customer experience is the point.

Technology helps most when it is pointed at a problem your customers really have. We start by finding those problems, then use automation and AI where they save people time, and keep people in charge wherever trust matters.

Who we work with

Two kinds of client, one approach: understand how customers actually experience you, then fix the biggest problem first.

SaaS and tech teams

Support and CX leaders

Your queue is growing faster than your team, and the tools you've bought don't talk to each other.

  • Audit of your support operation, macros and workflows
  • AI copilots that draft replies for agents to review
  • Reporting you can take to leadership

Small and mid-size businesses

Owners who answer every customer themselves

Enquiries arrive by phone, email and web forms, and follow-up depends on someone remembering.

  • One place where every enquiry lands
  • Automatic replies and reminders so nothing is missed
  • An AI assistant for the questions you answer every day

Our product

CX Copilot

An investigation and writing partner for support agents, built into their ticket workflow.

CX Copilot is an AI assistant for customer support specialists. It sits beside a Zendesk ticket and helps agents understand the customer's issue, investigate relevant account details and support guidance, and draft a reply or internal note.

The agent checks its findings and decides what to do or send.

  • Understands the customer's issue from the ticket
  • Investigates account details and support guidance
  • Drafts a reply or an internal note
  • Leaves the decision with the agent

Where AI fits, and where it doesn't

Most AI projects disappoint because they automate the wrong things. Here is how we sort customer contacts before building anything.

Automate

Repetitive and low risk

One right answer, and a mistake costs little.

  • Password resets and login help
  • Order and booking status
  • Opening hours and basic policy questions
Assist

AI drafts, a person decides

Faster for the agent, with a human still in the loop.

  • How-to questions with several steps
  • Replies that need account context
  • Summaries of long ticket threads
Keep human

High stakes or emotional

Where trust is won or lost, a person answers.

  • Complaints and cancellations
  • Billing disputes
  • Anything with legal or safety implications

How an engagement runs

  1. Audit

We look at real tickets, calls and tools to find what actually drives contacts and where customers get stuck.

  2. Prototype

We build the smallest useful version of the fix and test it on real cases with your team.

  3. Roll out

We launch, measure response times and repeat contacts, and we hand over documentation your team can run.

Who you'll be working with

Steady On Digital is led by Mohammed, a former senior service desk analyst in customer experience at a call tracking software company, where he supported a technical product and the customers who relied on it. That experience taught us what customers need from a support team, and what slows teams down.

Today we combine it with hands-on automation and AI tooling to improve other teams' support operations. You work directly with the person leading your project, not an account manager.

Common questions

What does the Support Workflow Audit involve?

We review one existing support workflow and up to 50 anonymised tickets, look at your processes, tools and manual tasks, and identify repetitive work, bottlenecks and potential savings. You get a written report with three prioritised recommendations and a 30-minute call to talk through the findings.

What is CX Copilot?

CX Copilot is an AI assistant for support agents. It sits beside a Zendesk ticket, helps the agent understand the issue, investigates relevant account details and support guidance, and drafts a reply or internal note. It's an investigation and writing partner built into the ticket workflow.

Does CX Copilot send replies on its own?

No. The agent checks what it found and decides what to do or send.

Will AI replace my support team?

That isn't the aim. AI handles the repetitive questions and drafts replies for the rest, so your team spends its time on the conversations that need judgement. Anything high stakes stays with a person.

How do I know if we're ready for AI?

Usually it comes down to whether your help content is accurate, your common questions are known, and someone owns the process. If not, we fix those first, because AI built on messy foundations gives messy answers.

Which tools do you work with?

We work within the supported tools you already use, using their existing capabilities. Our packages don't include custom API integrations, CRM or helpdesk migrations, Salesforce Service Cloud implementation, or Zapier, Make or n8n implementations. If your setup is complex or the requirements are unclear, start with a free scope call.

Do you work with small businesses as well as SaaS teams?

Yes. The problems look different, but the approach is the same. A small business usually needs one place for enquiries and reliable follow-up. A SaaS team usually needs better workflows and reporting around a growing queue.

How long does a project take, and what does it cost?

Each package has a fixed or starting price and a typical turnaround, from 3–5 working days for the audit to 4–7 weeks for CX Optimisation. Support Automation starts from £999 and the final price depends on complexity, feasibility and scope. Turnaround begins once we have the required information, access and upfront payment.

Terms that apply to every package

How does payment work?

Payment is 50% upfront and 50% on completion.

What counts as in scope?

Work is limited to the agreed written scope. Additional requirements are quoted separately.

Are revisions and fixes included?

One round of reasonable in-scope revisions is included, plus a 30-calendar-day correction window for reproducible defects against the agreed specification.

Is ongoing maintenance included?

No. Ongoing support and maintenance are quoted separately.

What information and access do you need?

Anonymised tickets are preferred, and only necessary information should be shared. Access stays under your control: screensharing, read-only reports, sandbox access, or necessary authorised temporary access.

How is success measured?

We agree one primary success metric for each project.

Are savings or results guaranteed?

No. Savings and performance improvements are not guaranteed.

Are software costs included?

No. Software subscriptions and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly agreed.
